"Rogue Port - Red Nightmare" is a modern RPG with turn-based combat and a 16-bit graphic style. The game features a day/night calendar system with dynamic lighting, as well as a dynamic equipment system that changes the main character's sprite based on apparel. Other features include random trash can items, temporary fog of war, and stamina sprinting. At the beginning of the game, players name their friends and pet dog, and choose one of three classes for their primary character. The player's stats are determined based on their answers to a series of questions.
