"10 Miles to Safety" is an isometric action/strategy game where 1-4 players must survive in a limitless procedurally-generated world overrun with infected. During the day, players can loot for weapons and resources, while at night they must construct defenses and avoid more dangerous creatures. As players progress, they'll encounter more powerful enemies and find more advanced weapons, blueprints, and recipes. The ultimate goal is to survive and make it 10 miles to safety.

As you explore the ship, you'll encounter dangerous alien creatures, avoid environmental hazards, and uncover the crew's dark secrets.
