Dismemberment of enemies has no effect on gameplay, meaning that if they are missing arms they can still hit you, and missing heads does not affect them at all aside from a blood gush visual effect. Lots of the walls don't connect to the floor, leaving gaps; only some enemies have death animations, others just disappear. If you drop weapons, they almost always fall through the floor (they are not retrievable or replaceable). Pushing boxes is only possible if you crouch and smack the upper edge of the box with a weapon while walking into the box. Crates have no RNG to them and will have the same contents every time despite 80–90% of them being empty.”
