Wasteland

Wasteland is a single player survival role playing game with a science fiction theme. It was developed by Interplay Productions and was released on January 2, 1988. It received overwhelmingly positive reviews from critics and neutral reviews from players.

The game mechanics were based directly on those used in the tabletop role-playing games Tunnels and Trolls and Mercenaries, Spies and Private Eyes created by Wasteland developers Ken St. Andre and Michael Stackpole.
