Panzero

Panzero is a Top Down Shooter but rather than play as a man, you play as a tank. Similar to real tanks you have your barrel to shoot shells with can either penetrate it's target or explode on impact. You then have a coaxial machine gun in which can shoot fowards or backwards, depending on what "gear" it's in.
