"Dune II: The Building of a Dynasty" is a real-time strategy game set in Frank Herbert's Dune universe, where players control one of the three Houses and fight for control of the valuable Spice resource. Building and unit construction are funded by converting Spice into credits, with the ultimate goal of destroying all enemies. Terrain types, including sand and stone, add strategic complexity, with sandworms posing a constant threat to units moving on sand.
