With limited resources, players must overcome randomly generated encounters and return to the capital for downtime. Dying or becoming corrupted are possible consequences.

"Nasty, Brutish, & Long" is a tabletop RPG focused on class warfare and revolution, using the Forged in the Dark system. Players choose characters from different social classes, and the game takes place in a world on the brink of major change. The goal is to explore the effects of revolution, whether it's caused by magical or industrial upheaval, social uprising, or the decline of nobility. The outcome of the revolution is determined through gameplay.
