The Phobia Project

"The Phobia Project" is a horror-themed game set in 1997, where you wake up in a strange place after a hospital visit. Your mission is to escape while avoiding monstrous forms of your worst fears and past traumas. The game features puzzles, hospital themes, mild jumpscares, and mentions of LGBT themes, medication, and body horror. It is co-directed by Bile-shroom and MasochistFox, with music by Bruno Buglisi, and an extended demo is available. It is recommended to play "-PURPLE-" first.
