DJ Hero is a musical game that allows for local multi-player competition with up to 2 players. The game simulates turntablism, where players mix and create new songs using a specialized controller with a turntable, buttons, and a crossfader. Gameplay involves hitting buttons in time with notes traveling across the screen and adjusting effects and samples to create unique mixes. The goal is to earn the highest score and achieve "Euphoria" for extra points.
