Guitar Hero 5 is another near-perfect solo for Neversoft and Activision. There are plenty of small tweaks that ensure the game is worth a look, but ultimately, we feel the franchise is long overdue for a complete overhaul.
Guitar Hero 5 is a musical rhythm game that allows for single-player and multiplayer experiences. Players can create bands of up to four people, with the ability to switch out instruments and band members at any time. The game features a Rockfest competitive mode, song challenges, and extra content unlockables, enhancing the replayability and customization options for players.
