In Cryostasis, players control meteorologist Alexander Nesterov, who becomes trapped in the frozen nuclear ice-breaker North Wind. The game is a chilling tale of a Captain and his Ship, taking place in an atmosphere of animal fear, where creatures are frozen in time and have lost their right to die. Nesterov must uncover the truth behind the North Wind's fate and find a way to escape the icy tomb.
