Bitmapflow

Bitmapflow is a tool for generating in-between frames to smooth out animation in sprites. It uses optical flow to estimate pixel movement and blend frames, although results may need manual editing. The program supports loading and saving animated gifs, spritesheets, and individual frames, and can be used on Windows and Linux.
