Starship Interblast

I have customized the starting screen and all elements including the pause menu, game over and next-level screens, and updated instructions.  Level 1:  3 enemies and an astroid barrier Level 2: 2. 5 enemies and a black hole barrier Level 3: 3. 10 enemies and an astroid barrier.
