The Hunt for the Gay Planet was created in 2013 as a jam game in response to BioWare's addition of a paid DLC "gay planet" to Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. It's a silly pulp sci-fi romp through themes of media representation, queer visibility and assimilation.
