"Ehrgeiz: God Bless the Ring" is a fighting game featuring characters from Final Fantasy VII and other original fighters. In addition to the main arcade-style mode, the game includes a mini-game mode with four games such as battle beach, battle square, infinity battle, and a foot racing game. The game also features an RPG mode called 'Brand New Quest'. The fighting system consists of various attacks, including those from kick boxers, wrestlers, mixed martial artists, animal types, and homing missiles.
