dev.Hinterland is a single player survival shooter game with horror and economy themes. It was developed by G. Carbonell and was released on July 17, 2025.

I wanted to explore emergent interaction. The system creates a group of bats that are killed by bots and respawned by a ball. There's also wind, light and fire. Somehow, you are in the middle of all that and can build torches, break and throw them. You can also throw tumbleweeds, and set them on fire.
