"Butterfly Soup 2" is a free romantic sports visual novel about gay Asian-American teenagers playing baseball and dealing with sensitive topics like homophobia, Asian anti-Black racism, and China/Taiwan relations. The game is a fan-made port and is available on Android and web platforms. It is a sequel to the original Butterfly Soup game and features four perspectives of Diya, Noelle, Akarsha, and Min-seo, as they navigate high school life in the San Francisco Bay Area. The game is approximately 2-4 hours long, with an optional $5 digital artbook to support the developer, Brianna.
