Players blend into a crowd simulation to hide, while seeking out and fighting human-controlled avatars to collect data and win. The game takes place in a virtual sub-layer parallel to the real world, where citizen's identities are protected by a simulated crowd of dummy AI users, but have been taken hostage by "The State".
