"Altered" is an adult-oriented, gay-focused furry adventure game featuring transformation, bondage, hypnosis, latex, and tentacles. As fox-like Kaelin, you're part of an Eborian special unit retrieving rogue Ebonshapes, sentient latex beings. During a training simulation, you must battle both Ebonshapes and other entities, utilizing real-time action combat and magic-based abilities to progress.
