Stronghold Crusader is a real-time strategy game set during the Crusades, taking place in the Middle East. It is the sequel to Stronghold and features new Arabian units, purchased at a mercenary post. An enhanced version, Stronghold Warchest, includes additional characters and a second Crusader Trail, but was only released in select countries, making it less known to the global gaming community.
