In "Lewd City Girls," players control Kyoko, who must fight off lecherous men to reach her boyfriend. Kyoko can strip off her clothes to gain power, but she'll lose it if hit. Defeated enemies drop condoms, which Kyoko can collect and use at certain locations. The game features mature content and encourages players to "beat 'em off" with a three-hit combo.
