The Turgenev Study

The Turgenev Study is a single player survival shooter game with a science fiction theme. It was developed by Benjamin Soulé and was released on October 19, 2023.

"The Turgenev Study" is a DNA harvesting game set in a war-torn laboratory, where players must gather DNA every 10 seconds and collide with cells to add them to their samples. Each cell has a unique effect, and right-clicking pauses the game to allow for closer examination. The full game promises additional cell types and objectives upon completion of experiments in the demo, which was created for Ludum Dare #51.
