SOUND BEGINNINGS

"Sound Beginnings" is an educational video game designed to build foundational reading skills, with a focus on phonics. It features 12 learning games that help players identify the beginning, middle, or ending sound of a word, using lowercase letters instead of uppercase. Highlights include six interactive games where players match the correct letter/sound to the first, middle, or last sound of a word depicting a pictured object, starting with the first sound and gradually increasing in difficulty. The game aims to strengthen the alphabetic principle skills of young players.
