Despite flaws in its online and edit modes, Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 is incredibly addictive and still wins the title of football champion over FIFA, but only on penalties.
Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 is an association football game in the PES series, following PES 6. It was released for multiple platforms, including Windows, PS3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo DS, and supports online multiplayer for global challenges. This is the first PES game to drop the North American title for World Soccer: Winning Eleven.
