PhiBar Triple Cutter FS22

PhiBar Triple Cutter converted from fs13. I added new UDIM textures and redid the logos. This mod is not perfect as the joints are little springy. I tried to add as much mass I could to the joint components so they wouldn't spring but I can only add so much or you will have biggest HP tractor to pull it lol.
