About Passing Rooms

In your final moment of life, you find yourself in a strange hospital where your regret has taken form and is chasing you. Find and collect 12 cores to win or defeat the monstrous regret with your own pain (blood pools). Use your own health as a weapon against the monster and replenish health by picking up cores. Hide in cabinets to escape the monster when in trouble.
