“Seems a bit counterintuitive to me since the window for this is pretty tight, so it's hard to pull off casually. The whole thing seems unnecessary when you can just kill enemies in a few seconds using normal attacks or skills. Thankfully, the mechanic doesn't go completely wasted as there's a talent tree passive that allows you to trigger the dash critical blow with a button press and another passive randomly found in equipment that automatically triggers the stun when you simply dash through any enemy (even bosses!).”
