Horror Effects plugin for RPG Maker MV

"Horror Effects" is a plugin for RPG Maker MV that adds visual horror effects to various elements of the game, including the title screen, maps, events, pictures, and battles. The plugin includes a noise effect, glitch effect, and TV effect, and can be used individually or simultaneously. The sample project includes the main plugin and supporting plugins for demonstration purposes. Please note that the plugin is designed for RPG Maker MV 1.6.1 and may not work in lower versions.
