The game's story is perceived as more of an epilogue to the original narrative, lacking depth and leaving players wanting more. While there are optional side quests that enhance storytelling, the overall plot feels linear and underdeveloped, with missed opportunities for character interaction and conflict. Many reviewers suggest that experiencing the story through a playthrough may be more satisfying than playing the game itself.

“With just a small tweak, the storyline would be pretty linear.”
