The gameplay is widely criticized for being frustrating and plagued with bugs, leading many users to suggest that it is only worth purchasing if discounted. Overall, the experience is deemed poor, comparable to the game's dialogue quality.
“The gameplay experience is potentially frustrating and only worth the price if it's on sale.”
“Gameplay is also as bad as the dialogue since it's still filled with bugs even after all this time, and even if I ignore them, the game still plays very poorly.”

The story is largely a repetition of the first installment, with the notable absence of a kidnapping plotline.
“The story is literally the same as the first one, except there's no kidnapping this time.”
