Free Rally: Vice is a modification of the Free Rally multiplayer series, offering a huge city to explore with new cars and a third-person view. As a driver or passenger, players can enter cars or call a helicopter from designated locations. Repair garages are also scattered throughout the map, providing a browser-based open-world experience.
