Your goal, climb the way back to the head with your fart, by trying to survive the dubious hygiene of the human.  For Ludum Dare 56, with the theme "Tiny Creature," we immediately thought of small, dirty creatures. The idea of a mite felt  perfect for this theme—something microscopic, living in the hidden and often neglected environment …
