24XX

"24XX" is a free, open-source role-playing game system, available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. The rules emphasize description and narrative, using the highest die roll over mental arithmetic and polyhedral dice for a fun rolling experience. The system, originally part of the 2400 sci-fi series, can be adapted to any setting, and users are encouraged to share their adapted games and hacks on the community discussion board. Resources include text and PDF SRD, affinity publisher and Indesign templates, Google Slides and Docs versions.
