"You May Live" is a PC management game where you, as a field hospital chief doctor during war, make life-or-death decisions due to limited beds and resources. The goal is to survive until supplies arrive, while considering the consequences of each choice. However, playtesting revealed that players struggled to understand the impact of their decisions, likely due to insufficient feedback and a hidden administration window.
