Reviews
- The game has an interesting concept, combining a Tamagotchi with a dungeon crawler.
- The graphics outside of the dungeons are appealing and the character interactions are enjoyable.
- The limited edition is considered a good value for its content, especially at a low price.
- The packaging arrived damaged, which is disappointing for a limited edition product.
- The game is excessively difficult, with frustrating mechanics such as resetting skill levels upon death.
- There is a lack of language options, with no German subtitles available, which can lead to confusion.

Die Musik des Spiels wird als atmosphärisch stimmig, aber auf Dauer eintönig beschrieben. Während der Soundtrack zur Spielatmosphäre beiträgt, fehlt es ihm an Vielfalt, um langfristig zu fesseln.
“The soundtrack is atmospheric and fitting, although it can become monotonous over time.”
“The idea of combining a Tamagotchi with a dungeon crawler is good in itself.”
“The graphics outside of the dungeons are appealing.”
“The soundtrack, while atmospheric, becomes monotonous over time.”
“The music does not match the game's difficulty level, making it feel out of place.”
“While the idea of combining a Tamagotchi with a dungeon crawler is good, the music fails to enhance the experience.”

Apocalyptic Tamagotchi Simulator

The gameplay mix intrigues, but it’s weighed down by overemphasis on all too familiar rogue-lite tropes. I want to love Void Terrarium, but fine ingredients don’t always make for a satisfying dish if they aren’t balanced well. This game is too heavy-handed on tedium, and progress coming from random chance rather than skill.
