The gameplay features a mix of interesting mechanics, such as a unique drop system and various events like shops and mini-bosses, which encourage exploration. However, some players feel the jumping mechanic is unnecessary and suggest replacing it with a dodge mechanic, while others wish for more passive upgrades to enhance long-term progression. Overall, the game offers a decent challenge and variety in weapon usage, though it may feel slow or clunky at times.

    • “It has a pretty cool drop mechanic where you will get whatever the enemy is wearing; however, if you destroy their armor in the process, they will not drop it - the cool thing is, it even works on some bosses.”
    • “(+) for a Sokpop game, it's surprisingly challenging and it has some interesting mechanics, including a decent amount of events during the stages like various shops, mini-bosses, and locked rooms that require you to explore the level.”
    • “(+) even though the game is not very complex, in terms of gameplay, the weapons provide a lot of variety when it comes to approaching enemies, and you constantly have to utilize what is available to you as the items have limited durability unless you modify them at the smith.”
    • “The jumping mechanic is unnecessary; maybe changing it to a dodge mechanic would be better.”
    • “While itemization in the game is serviceable from a gameplay perspective, I wish the game had more passive upgrades because what you do in the first two stages is not very relevant; you pretty much replace everything you collected at the end of stage three.”
    • “I am surprised you didn't take advantage of the swimming mechanics; I feel like that should have been part of the level design.”
