Sneaky Sneaky
It’s perfect as a mobile time killer (on iOS only, sadly), less good as a sit-down-and-play PC title, but on the whole a neat, and cheap, little experience that’d be great for family gamers.

79 mentions Positive Neutral NegativeSneaky Sneaky offers a charming, accessible stealth experience that blends simple, puzzle-oriented mechanics with tactical turn-based combat, creating a unique and playful gameplay rhythm. While its mechanics are easy to learn and enjoyable for casual players, the game lacks depth and polish, leading to occasional awkward controls, inconsistent stealth flow, and a somewhat short overall experience. Despite these flaws, its creativity, colorful design, and lighthearted approach make it a memorable indie title for those seeking a fun and approachable stealth adventure.
“Sneaky sneaky is a charming stealth adventure that mixes tactical sneaking, exploration, light role-playing systems, and puzzle-oriented gameplay into a surprisingly enjoyable and accessible experience.”
“One of the game’s most interesting features is the way it combines real-time stealth gameplay with turn-based tactical combat. This combination creates a unique gameplay rhythm where stealth and combat constantly interact instead of functioning as completely separate mechanics.”
“The stealth gameplay is easy to understand, making the game approachable for casual players while still providing enough tactical flexibility to remain satisfying for those more experienced with stealth games.”
“Players looking for highly advanced stealth mechanics or deep tactical complexity may eventually find the gameplay somewhat repetitive during later sections.”
“Controls can occasionally feel slightly awkward during more precise movement or combat encounters, and some mechanics feel simplified compared to larger strategy or stealth games.”
“The problem with this is that the game doesn't have solid enough mechanics that you can actually do an improvised takedown consistently - you can approach an enemy when they turn around, click them in order to get the kill and then get interrupted when they turn towards you again, simply because the animation didn't go off.”
Sneaky Sneaky
Unless you're a hardcore fan of the genre, Sneaky Sneaky is too frustrating and controls too poorly to be worth $4.99.

The game is deceptively fun and captivating, in spite of its seemingly basic interactions. Every screen is a new puzzle tasking you with figuring out what the best way to deal with the enemies is, and after your plain is laid down, there is still the issue of mechanical execution, as some of the action sequences require you to move in time with your foes. It's affordable, cute, and good for a laugh or some time off from more demanding games. It's charming and casual, but it also has some pretty interesting ideas that I would have liked to have seen expanded upon a little bit more. If you don't expect it to be a perfect, in-depth experience, you'll have a blast with it, in spite of its clunky controls and some of its other misgivings, such as its very short length. If you're used to meatier games, you'll see the underlying potential of a turn-based puzzle game with a lot more strategy involved, but if you're up for something forgiving and casual, it's a pretty solid pick.
