About
GRANADO ESPADA is a single player and multiplayer role playing game with a fantasy theme. It was developed by HANBITSOFT, INC. and was released on February 23, 2017. It received neutral reviews from critics and mostly positive reviews from players.
Granado Espada, the long-standing MMORPG beloved in dozens of countries around the world for its unique control system that allows you to take the role of up to 3 different characters simultaneously! Now available in English to Southeast Asia players, from imcgames.

- Unique Multi-Character Control (MCC) system allowing control of three characters simultaneously, offering strategic depth and fresh gameplay.
- Beautiful and distinctive Baroque-inspired art style and graphics that have aged well for a 2006 game, complemented by an exceptional and varied soundtrack.
- The game offers a wealth of content including numerous characters to recruit, extensive quests, raids, crafting, and a supportive community that fosters camaraderie.
- The game suffers from rampant botting, mule accounts, and real money trading issues, with poor developer response and ineffective reporting systems.
- It has a heavy pay-to-win element in mid to late game with premium characters, RNG-based upgrades, and costly cash shop items that impact PvP and progression balance.
- Outdated UI and clunky control scheme with confusing quests, poor English translations, limited new player friendliness, and frequent lag or connection issues.
- story165 mentions Positive Neutral Negative
The game's story is praised for its rich and intriguing narrative, diverse characters, and immersive world, offering a rewarding experience through numerous quests and character recruitment. However, players frequently criticize poor localization, confusing or poorly directed quests, excessive grinding, and quest design issues that can hinder progression and enjoyment. Additionally, widespread botting and exploit problems often disrupt quest completion and reduce the overall storytelling experience.
“From the moment you step into the beautifully crafted world of the new world, you are greeted with stunning visuals, a rich storyline, and a gameplay system that is both deep and accessible.”
“Love the story line, 3 character control, the multitude of quests and raids, the awesome costumes (some character still need a costume), great OST.”
“You can discover each NPC's different life by doing their quests like Adelina, Gracielo, all about love, conflict, loyalty, betrayal, you name it.”
“The game is great, and this server holds your hand till the Viron episode, and when you think you'll catch up with the rest of the player base, they forget to fix the final bit of quest line: you are supposed to enter a high level raid map, alone, only to get killed in a single hit, in order to trigger a quest scene, and to sweeten the deal, after this "challenge" they'll give you armors and weapons that could have been used to do that in the first place. Seriously IMC, I love what you did to the servers but I disagree with this, and other issues I've found: botters are reported, system says they'll be punished and there they are, looting like there's no tomorrow, server is empty, barely any guilds active, and most of the group missions are now solo, can only be done by someone who got the equipment I mentioned earlier.”
“The quests will say go [place] but in the menus they are named something completely different, like [instruction] vs guide. The quests say that the distance is too far to walk even though you can just walk there. All the text asking you to buy scrolls, quest markers, highlights, etc., every single thing is cluttering up the screen.”
“This requires the player to go through several long and arduous quest lines, so poorly designed, that all of them involve highly RNG based progression (i.e. spending hours/days/weeks trying to get quest item drops). Usually the way to circumvent this is by simply purchasing the required quest items from the market.”
