To the left is an opening, in all other directions a wall - but when you try going that way, something cuts you off. So how does your sludgy little body get out of this garishly colored prison? Obviously, by moving right! It kinda looked like you "phased" through a wall, but actually, there was nothing blocking you in that direction to begin with.
