"Dead Dozen" is a survival horror game that includes both single-player and co-op modes, as well as online PvP with up to 12 players. In the single-player mode, players must escape from a mysterious pyramid in Siberia filled with AI-controlled ghouls. In the PvP mode, players can either cooperate with others as survivors, scavenging for supplies and barricading themselves against hordes of ghouls, or turn into a ghoul after dying and infect other players. The game features a destructible environment and the ability for ghouls to use special abilities and infect survivors.
