ChipTone

ChipTone is a free, HTML5-based sound effect generator, primarily for games but suitable for any project. It offers a sequencer and sampler for creating sounds, which are freely available for commercial or personal use under the CC0user licence. ChipTone is inspired by bfxr and sfxr, and built using Haxe and OpenFL.
