In the land of Silmerie, Chaos threatens to consume everything in its path, following the felon god Methem's release from Deepholm. After the annihilation of the armies that attempted to stop Chaos, King Meldorian retreats to contemplate the bleak future. However, all hope is not lost, as the gods offer humanity a glimmer of hope amidst the darkness. In this open-world RPG, players must strategize and lead their people to reclaim their land from Chaos.
