The music in the game is generally well-received, with many players finding it catchy and enjoyable, particularly the tracks that play during level transitions. However, some users expressed a desire for more variety and the option to select their own music, as they preferred to mute the game after extended play. Overall, while the music is considered a strong point, there is room for improvement in terms of customization and additional tracks.

    • “The music is going to be stuck in my head for days; it's so catchy!”
    • “Very basic graphics, barely noticeable sound effects (no problem with that), great music sourced from royalty-free places.”
    • “The game might lack a little polish in some aspects, but the music is surprisingly good, which makes up for some of it.”
    • “But I still preferred to mute it and play my own music after I'd been playing for an hour or so.”
    • “As long as they're using royalty-free music, I think it wouldn't hurt to throw in some additional music and allow the player to choose their preferred music from the options.”
    • “The track when you reach a higher level is even better than the menu music.”

The gameplay is described as relaxing yet challenging, particularly for veteran Tetris players who may struggle to adapt to the unique mechanics, such as pieces coming from different directions and the absence of traditional Tetris features like "twists" and hard drops. Achievements are well-integrated, rewarding players with unlockable tile sets and sound effects, enhancing the overall experience. While hardcore fans might find the differences disappointing, the game offers a fun and engaging experience once players acclimate to its mechanics.

    • “The achievements match the gameplay well (e.g., clear a square further out, clear two squares in sequence, clear two squares at once) and reward you with unlockable tile sets with their own unique sound effects.”
    • “It's hard at the beginning, but when you get the hang of it, it makes for fun and engaging gameplay.”
    • “Hardcore Tetris fans may be disappointed by slight gameplay differences from the standard (you currently can't 'twist' / 't-spin' blocks into spaces, and there's no option for a hard drop button), but, well, it's not Tetris, so that's just how it is.”
    • “As a veteran Tetris player, it was honestly somewhat tricky to fully adjust to all of the game's mechanics with all the pieces coming from different directions.”
    • “+ relaxing gameplay.”

    • “Very basic graphics, barely noticeable sound effects (no problem with that), great music sourced from royalty-free places.”
