The gameplay is praised for its tactical depth, diverse card types, and humorous text, setting it apart from traditional card games like Magic: The Gathering and Hearthstone. Players appreciate the free version's quality and the option to upgrade to a paid version, highlighting the game's unique deck-building mechanics and overall enjoyable vibe. The community is enthusiastic about potential future updates, particularly the addition of more cards.
“Honestly, one of the only games I've ever liked from my Steam discovery queue. The card art is great, with lots of different effects and card types. Most of the text is pretty funny, and the mechanics are a little more tactical than the MTG and Hearthstone style. I like the vibe of the game, and a free version of the $10 version is great. I'd play the free version alone, but I like the game enough to buy the $10 one. I'm going to tell all my buddies to get it. If the dev reads this, keep adding more cards and types, man; everything looks good.”
“I can say with certainty that picking up this game will change your life for the better. Choosing the $10 version of the game may even take you further than I have gone because of its unique mechanic that lets you pick and choose what cards you put in your deck.”
