The gameplay is generally praised for its smooth mechanics, fast-paced action, and engaging design, with many players finding it fun and addictive. However, criticisms include a lack of community, limited settings, and unbalanced elements, particularly regarding the evolution mechanics and player interactions. Overall, while the core gameplay is enjoyable, it suffers from issues like insufficient content and networking problems that detract from the experience.
“There's no pay to win mechanics, everything feels smooth and natural, and to top it off, a variety of interesting maps.”
“The gameplay is awesome, and I absolutely love this game!”
“The arena design is well thought out for the different stages of 'mutations' and makes for good gameplay.”
“To add on product wise, the settings are very limited. You can't access things through the scoreboard and report; you can't even do anything except click profiles at the end of a game. The settings favor controller axis sensitivity, and there isn't even a setting to lower music except to turn it off or turn all sound down through master volume. There's barely any default movement options except a give-up button called 'teleport' to reset your character just for the sake of saying 'at least I didn't show up in the kill feed' and put you in a random and possibly useless location. It makes you lose all of your earned experience while your opponent gains such, making the button extremely pointless except for being a time saver for the next attempt. Even with what's available, the power-ups called 'hacks' can only be randomly found, with one called 'rush' which just speeds up movement and is useless in comparison to others, while the other is called 'blink' which does what teleport does without resetting. Omega (the last form) is overpowered, and killing it does nothing as it can't technically happen and just forces the player to reset quicker. The forms are extremely janky, and regardless of your thoughts about needing maps, it won't matter because the forms struggle to get through, and you can even get stuck completely. The game promotes barely any interaction or innovative play and doesn't add anything new to itself through further gameplay, and there are even useless options like 'stomp' instead of a melee button that doesn't contribute to anything or complement the game's play.”
“The gameplay is essentially Agar.”
“The chat mechanic for the game is stupid because if you use it, it's really hard to try and get what you're saying out, so the game is trash along with the developers; they made a horrid game.”

“A very fun game, though I know it is just my computer; it is very processing power demanding, and I had to turn down the graphics.”
“The graphics, I feel, are very appropriate for this game.”
“By combining FPS with the concept of survival of the fittest and decent graphics, this game is absolutely a breakthrough in the video game industry, though it is not the first of its kind.”
