As the game progresses, they experience pregnancy symptoms, and one girl's stomach visibly swells. The only solution is to continue playing and hope for normalcy upon winning. The game features mature themes, including nudity, x-ray views, and depictions of childbirth, with no intercourse shown. It is a side project within the "Coffee Story" framework, utilizing the same scripts and assets, and is currently around 2/3 complete.
