About
Tom vs. the Armies of Hell (AoH for short) is a challenging indie Action-Adventure game from Darkmire Entertainment. Set in a world somewhere between Office Space and Army of Darkness, you play Tom, a down-trodden software-engineer turned reluctant half-demon hero when an experiment gone awry in the basement government lab sends his entire office complex plummeting into Hell.

- The game features a humorous and engaging storyline with entertaining characters and a unique setting that resonates with players.
- The gameplay is fast-paced and challenging, with a variety of levels and creatively designed bosses that keep the experience fresh.
- The developer is highly responsive to community feedback, actively working on balancing issues and improving the game based on player input.
- The controls are clunky and complicated, making it difficult for players to navigate and enjoy the gameplay effectively.
- The difficulty level is often perceived as unreasonably high, especially in boss battles, which can frustrate players and deter new ones.
- There is a lack of voice acting and some design choices, such as the health and ammo drop rates, feel unbalanced and could benefit from further refinement.
