"Tavern Crawler" is a game where players must search for their patron in various taverns after accepting a dragon-slaying job. The game features moral dilemmas, such as questioning the dragon's guilt and dealing with a tyrannical queen. With its unique combination of adventure and tavern exploration, "Tavern Crawler" was the 1st place finisher in IFComp 2020 and received XYZZY nominations for Best Game, Best Story, and Best NPCs.
