SUPERHOTline Miami Deluxe

"SUPERHOTline Miami Deluxe" is an updated version of the SUPERHOTline Miami mod, combining elements of SUPERHOT and Hotline Miami. Time only moves when you move from a top-down perspective, with improved gameplay features such as better bullet hit detection, AI reworks, and new sprites. The deluxe version currently lacks custom levels support, but an older version with this feature is available.
