Paper Nebula

"Paper Nebula" is a roguelike game where you help a protagonist escape an alien-infested nebula with the assistance of a legacy A.I. unit. Your paper spaceship, which resembles sea creatures, can be upgraded with alien technology to unlock new weapons and defenses.
